ZOOM VIDEO DEPOSITIONS

Zoom video depositions are not a problem. We record Zoom video depositions externally on separate device using multiple monitors. Only the deponent will be on the video recording, unless counsel request different. The Zoom deposition will have a time/date stamp unless counsel request different. We also make every stride to record a backup copy from the Zoom meeting as well. Zoom video depositions will look very similar to a conventional video deposition, however the quality in most case will be at a lower level.
When recording Zoom video depositions and counsel presents exhibits, we record the exhibit side-by-side the deponent.
Time is not an issue. We are obligated to handle your needs for as long as you need us. Our goal is to treat our clients with the respect they deserve.
